How we got started...

My name is Isabella, My sister's name is Helaina, and my cousin's name is Michaela. Alright, Well this is how we got started: Me, My sister, and My Cousin are very talented in making friendship bracelets, Purses made out of Candy wrappers, Duct tape items like: Purses, Wallets, Roses, Bows, And so much more! So, we decided to sell our homemade crafts at a yard-sale to raise money to donate to an orphanage in China. Some people ask "Why China?" well the answer is: China is on our hearts! My family has recently adopted a little girl from China. The money we raise is going to go to the orphanage that we adopted my sister from. So we were up late into the night making lots and lots of crafts to stock up our inventory. Then we woke up very early to start selling! And yes, we only had about 4 - 5 hours of sleep but it was worth it! So we were 'open' from 7:45am - 12:30pm! We had so many customers! It was fantastic! We raised around $120.00! So that was a summary on how we got started. And soon we will post more posts about how Crafts For China's Orphans is coming along. We cannot wait to see what God has in store for us!     Hey way to go! You're off to a great start. Before you know it you'll have your own brand and be selling through all the big outlets. Your ideas of making the items out of candy wrappers is very creative. I would suggest that you have a good dental plan to go with your business. Love ya. PaPa Buddy
